I rent a room at the place as well and was livid when I heard the news. The do really need to beef up security in the place, such as hidden cameras and metal doors perhaps? Sound corny, but folks just don’t know how deeply and personally offensive it is to have a musical instrument stolen….especially something that’s vintage and you’ve used through thick and thin. God help these guys if they’re tracked down.

Guard Alligator?
It’s not like there’s a shortage of walking road kill in Florida… ride the ditches for a few days, grab anything which looks angry and poisonous, starve it for a week, poke it with a stick… say nasty shit about it’s mom and then leave it in your jam space.

You might wanna install some cameras, more for Youtube goodness as opposed to evidence, as your starving venom-spitting reptile should be still chewing on the thieves when the cops get there.

Anyway, feel free to bust my balls on that one, like you bastards have done so thoroughly in the past. Seriously, though, good luck getting that sweet-ass bass back.
